Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.

Description

One of the most popular accommodations for Nea Skioni

Stella-Meri Studios/Quality Apartments to Let is a relatively recent (2008) accommodation that has 19 equally structured apartments (28m2) for 2-4 people. Some of the amenities are a very nice and enclosed yard with landscaped lawn and swings (two for babies and two for slightly older children) perfect for playing, but also socializing, as there are several summer houses as well as two barbecues. All this perfectly complements a vacation for the whole family.

The accommodation is located in Nea Skioni, just 30m from the rocky beach. The center is 2km away, with the nearest supermarket and a bakery.

The apartments have a separate bedroom with one double bed and the living room with a kitchen and a sofa with a drawer bed. The furniture is of metal construction and the sofa is suitable for two children (an adult can sleep on the top of the sofa as well). They are air-conditioned (the A/C works steadily at 25 degrees Celsius) and have a TV, safe box, hairdryer and mosquito nets; the kitchen is equipped, has two hotplates, a standard or big refrigerator, as well as all the necessary utensils for four people, while the bathroom has a shower with a curtain. Internet access is possible in the yard, but also on the terraces and in the living room of the apartment. The apartments upstairs have spacious terraces with a beautiful sea and courtyard view. The ground floor porches are not fully enclosed.

Clean towels and bed linen are available every fourth or fifth day (depending on the length of stay), while guests maintain hygiene in the apartments themselves.

It is not possible to accommodate four adults in one apartment.

Guests are provided with parking in the yard (there is a space for 15 vehicles).

Check-in is between 13:00 and 15:00 (no later than 20:00), and check-out is from 9:00 until 11:00. All discrepancies must be announced to the owners.

Approximately 2 km after Mola Kaliva pass Hotel Skion Palace and in 400m turn right at the ”T” intersection. In 500m on your right you reach Stella-Meri Studios /Apartments

The accommodation offered is adequate to what we received. The courtyard is beautifully arranged and well-maintained. The sea is very close, but the beach and the access to the sea, especially the entrance into the water, should be improved a bit. This way, we would have everything in one place, if you do not wish to explore other beaches. The hosts are very kind and welcoming.

Stella Meri was an excellent choice for our family of four. We spent nine nights there and were very pleased with the accommodation and the hosts. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything necessary.

Pros
The location is outstanding, peaceful and quiet, with the sea just 50 meters from the accommodation (though it cannot be called a beach). The yard is wonderful for evening relaxation. I am particularly pleased with the adherence to the afternoon rest hours and the absolute silence after 11 PM.
Cons
For families with older (larger) children, it might feel a bit cramped; the apartment has a good layout, but the overall square footage is still small.

An excellent location with a beautiful courtyard leading to the sea. The beach that you access is poor, unkempt, narrow, and rocky. The accommodation is decent, clean, and well-equipped. However, the owner's attitude towards guests diminishes the overall impression. Their approach is dry and can be described as unprofessional. We left the property three nights early due to a storm, and we were not refunded for the two nights. We understand the force majeure, but it is not acceptable to withhold money, as we did not bring the storm, nor did they. All in all, a transitional rating.

Proximity to the sea, within 2-12 km of all nicer beaches if you are driving.
Cons
Poor beaches nearby, not recommended for bus travel.

Honestly, there isn’t much to say; we can only recommend to others that it is truly beautiful and wonderful at Stella-Meri Studios. It was excellent; we didn’t expect it to be so lovely, so quiet, so beautiful—words fail to capture it. We will return next year, but for a longer stay, surely 15 days.

The serene and pleasant atmosphere makes it an ideal place for a good rest.

There are none, but it would be great if the nearby beach could be made operational right away.

The described beach serves as the access to the sea that all apartment accommodations in that area possess. Since the first few meters are rocky and inhabited by sea urchins, the owners clear a path in the water to the sand, ensuring a safe stay.

The accommodation is excellent, and the hosts are kind and unobtrusive. The apartments are spacious, clean, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The villa boasts a beautiful courtyard, complete with showers, swings, benches, a barbecue, and ample parking space. Just a few steps from the courtyard lies a small beach with stones at the water's edge. While there isn't enough space for lounging on towels all day, the water is clean and warm. The biggest drawback is the location, as there are no shops or bakeries nearby, necessitating a drive to Nea Skioni for any necessities. We are very satisfied with the accommodation and would gladly return.

A wonderful view of the sea, a lovely courtyard, spacious apartments, and most importantly, everything is clean and well-maintained.
Cons
The location is not the best; you cannot walk anywhere, not even to the town, restaurants, or shops. However, this distance from the crowd has its advantages: peace, quiet, and clear water. The only downside in the accommodation is the clogged drain in the shower cabin in the bathroom.

A beautiful accommodation situated in such a way that you feel as though you are on a mountain that overlooks the sea. A spacious yard filled with greenery for children, complete with swings, showers, and a barbecue. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay and features a lovely large terrace with a view of the sea. It is recommended for those seeking a true vacation experience.

The beach in front is rocky and not suitable for children. The nearest shop is 2 km away from the villa.

A wonderful vacation... A great base for exploring the beaches, we were especially delighted by the Posidi sandbank and Aigeopelagitika.

A tranquil location, a garden that enhances the experience, a view from the terrace, and the proximity to the sea which contributes to the fresh and clean air.
Cons
The only issue I encountered was that the air conditioning was stuck at 25 degrees and could not be adjusted. It was almost impossible to turn it on.

Dear Sir/Madam, We spent seven days in the accommodation from August 12 to 19, 2017. Our overall impression is excellent. The owners live within the villa, so any issues are resolved promptly. There is a household order that is respected; it is peaceful, clean, beautiful, and very pleasant. The rooms are tidy, the bathroom is also clean, and all terraces offer a stunning view of the sea. The owners are extremely kind and accommodating. The garden is lovely, filled with greenery and well-maintained plants. At the exit of the garden, the sea is just 30 meters away, but the beach is not organized for children. A hundred meters away, there is a narrow yet long sandy beach. The sea is crystal clear, and the sandy bottom is ideal for children. In the garden, there are facilities for children, swings, and everywhere you look, there is clean, well-kept grass, which is also perfect for couples with small children.

Peaceful, clean, safe, intimate, without crowds.
Cons
Lack of any shops nearby; for everything, you have to drive to Nea Skioni, which is 2 km away, and prices are somewhat higher.

Our family of four (my wife, two daughters, and I) is extremely satisfied with what we received solely based on your recommendation and photographs. Although it is risky in today’s world to decide on accommodation based solely on photos with certain operators, we hit the jackpot. The only drawback was that we had to drive every day to reach the city beach in Nea Skioni, as well as the beach at Cocos Beach, and the beach near the Posidi Holiday Hotel, etc. Everything else was FENOMENAL. The accommodation is exceptionally good, the interior is almost new, the apartment is spacious and fully equipped, the terrace is large, and there is parking available.

Pros
A tranquil area, abundant greenery, and friendly owners who speak English.
Cons
Although the sea is located behind the apartment, there is no beach nearby. A short walk is required, and for a better beach, one must drive. The store is also about 2 km away and requires a car.
