Our description
Skioni Resort is located near the center of Nea Skioni, just 80m from the beach. The units it offers are for 3-4 persons. The property has a cozy courtyard under the shade of trees, where guests can enjoy the barbecue at their disposal.
The accommodation was built in 2008 and has eight units, five available for online bookings. Two of them have sea views (triple studios upstairs).
Smile market is at a distance of 80m. The nearest bakery is 60m away.
The triple studio (24m2) consists of one double and one single bed, as well as a kitchen. One triple studio is on the ground floor, while the remaining four are upstairs.
The four-bed apartment (25m2) consists of a bedroom (separated by a folding door) with a double bed and a living room with a folding armchair, one single bed, and an equipped kitchen.
The studios and apartments are air-conditioned, have a kitchen with a small fridge and mini-stove with oven, TV, and hairdryer, and the bathroom has a shower without curtain. Mosquito nets only exist in some units. All furniture is of metal construction except the sofas.
Private parking is not provided, but there is municipal parking nearby.
Skioni Resort is the right choice for those who prefer a quiet holiday close to the beach, all necessary amenities, and a more modest promenade.

Owners description
Skioni Resort apartments are waiting to welcome you to the picturesque village of Skioni. New Skioni is in the first peninsula of Halkidiki, from the side of Thermaikos Bay. Built near the ancient colony of king Skiona. According to Thucydides, the Skioni built by Pellini from Peloponnese on their return from the Trojan War.
Later the Athenians bring in the city the Plataeans. The first village was called Tsaprani and it was in the mountain side of the area. The modern village of Skioni which in the sea area, starts to have inhabitants gradually during the second decade of this century. The Skioni is a picturesque village combining forest full of pine trees and the turquoise sea. It has the largest port of Cassandra, characterized as a fishing lodge.
Skioni beach has a Blue Flag (clean sea water) and has a small playground for the amusement of children. In the center of the village exist all necessary shops such as: Pharmacy, bakery, ATM, and many restaurants and bars. Many visitors come to Skioni for the municipal Spa Agia Paraskevi which is situated just 5km from Skioni.
There, housed in a modern spa known for its medicinal properties due to the water, which is rich in sulfur emanating from the bowels of the earth. Visitors of all ages enjoy massages, whirlpool, steam room, sauna and to regenerate from diseases such as arthritis, skin problems, neck, etc.
Our newly built apartments are first class and have a capacity of 18 beds. There are 110 km apart from Thessaloniki and 5 km from the Spa of Ag. Paraskevis. They have TV, A/C, kitchen, sheets and pillows, WC, balcony and baby bed (on request).
We are happy to accommodate you in a pleasant and warm atmosphere with a great sea view from the balconies and just 15 meters from your room. You will be able to enjoy your holidays and enjoy our hospitality.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smeštaj je veoma bazičan. Prostorno je mali, nema dovoljno prostora za odlaganje stvari. Kupatilo je malo, teško se u njemu okrenuti, tuš kada je mala i bez zavese, tako da je pod neminovno stalno iskvašen. Kuhinjski deo je opremljen za osnovno funkcionisanje, ali mogu reći da je korektan. Terasa je lepa i prostrana. Napomenuću da su apartmanu za 4 osobe boravile dve odrasle i jedno dete, četvrta osoba sa svojim stvarima bi bila previše. Smeštaj je ok za 1-2 noćenja, za boravak 10 dana nikako, naročito ne za više od tri osobe. Gotovo svake godine koristim niskobudžetni studijski/apartmanski smeštaj u Grčkoj, iskreno, prvi put nisam zadovoljna. Prilično loš odnos cene i kvaliteta.

Smestaj je solidan, u pitanju je jedna soba,sa kupatilom i terasom. U sustini sadrzi sve ono sto je neophodno za potrebe tokom letovanja. Nema velikog konfora ni luksuzne opremljenosti, ali je funkcionalan, takodje,originalno prikazan na slikama na sajtu. Ja sam u zadnjem trenutku rezervisala letovanje, zadovoljna sam smestajem, jedino mi nisu odgovarale stepenice koje su previse strme i terasa koja je ogradjena retkom ogradom, ali ja sam bila sa malom decom, te s toga nisam smela da ih pustim same na terasu ni trenutka i nezgodno je bilo penjati se na strme stepenice sa decom i opremom za plazu u rukama. Ali nije to nikakav problem,lagano,nikuda nismo zurili 🤣 Mozda vise odgovara smestaj paru bez dece. Mada ja sam zelela smestaj sa pogledom na more,a jedino apartmani na spratu imaju tu pogodnost. Sve u svemu nemam nikakvih zamerki i nezadovoljstva smestajem .
