Hotel Description

Skioni Resort is located near the center of Nea Skioni, just 80m from the beach. The units it offers are for 3-4 persons. The property has a cozy courtyard under the shade of trees, where guests can enjoy the barbecue at their disposal.

The accommodation was built in 2008 and has eight units, five available for online bookings. Two of them have sea views (triple studios upstairs).

Smile market is at a distance of 80m. The nearest bakery is 60m away.

The triple studio (24m2) consists of one double and one single bed, as well as a kitchen. One triple studio is on the ground floor, while the remaining four are upstairs.

The four-bed apartment (25m2) consists of a bedroom (separated by a folding door) with a double bed and a living room with a folding armchair, one single bed, and an equipped kitchen.

The four-bed studio (25m2) is located on the ground floor and is intended for accommodation of three adults and one child, since it contains a double bed, a single bed and a folding armchair.

The studios and apartments are air-conditioned, have a kitchen with a small fridge and mini-stove with oven and two rings, TV, and hairdryer, and the bathroom has a shower without curtain. Mosquito nets only exist in some units. All furniture is of metal construction except the sofas.

Private parking is not provided, but there is municipal parking nearby.

Skioni Resort is the right choice for those who prefer a quiet holiday close to the beach, all necessary amenities, and a more modest promenade.

The accommodation is solid, just as depicted in the pictures. The location is beautiful, and we are thrilled. The beach is perfect for children.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
