Hotel Description

Anna Apartments accommodation is located near the center of Nea Skioni. The apartments are part of a complex of buildings with a landscaped yard and are in a quiet location.

The nearest supermarket is about 150m away, while the port is about 700m away, which is also the distance to the sandy beach.

The apartment is located on the first floor, it is spacious, it has two bedrooms - in one there is a double bed, and in the second bedroom there is a single bed with a trundle bed, i.e. a folding sofa. The apartment has a pull-out sofa in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, has a large refrigerator and a stove with 4 hotplates and a large oven, a kettle and a toaster.

The apartment has two balconies, one from the living room and the other from the bedroom. Both balconies look towards the courtyard. They are equipped with sofas and umbrellas. The bathrooms have a walled-in shower tub with a curtain.

Guests have access to a TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The apartment has internet access which is weaker.

Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay. They change the sheets and towels themselves - additional sets are provided.

Private parking is not provided. Parking is possible in the streets around the complex and there are enough places, especially along the main road, which leads to the accommodation from the direction of Furka.

Pets are not allowed.

The accommodation is intended for couples, adults as well as families and is equipped to make you feel at home.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
