Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Eleni Villa is situated in the coastal village of Nea Skioni, on the western side of the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki. Taverns, cafes, shops, and the beach are all located very close to the accommodation. The beach is just 200 meters away.
There are five units available.
The apartments are located on the first floor and can accommodate up to four adults. They consist of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for one person. An extra bed can be added if needed.
The two-bedroom apartment is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate up to six adults. It comprises a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, and the living room has two sofas for one person each.
In the same yard, there is a separate unit, a two-bedroom apartment also located on the ground floor, which can accommodate up to six adults. Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
Guests have at their disposal air conditioning, TV, free WiFi, and a hairdryer. The two-bedroom apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with four burners, a large oven, a big fridge, and a microwave, allowing for comfortable meal preparation during the stay. The standard apartment includes a kitchen with two burners, a small oven, and a fridge, providing all the basic necessities for preparing simpler meals.
From the balcony or veranda, equipped with a seating set, guests can enjoy views of the courtyard or the street, and a barbecue is also available.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the units, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every four days.
There is no private parking, but free parking spots can be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where the accommodation is located.
Eleni Villa is located 12 km away from the popular resort of Pefkohori, 9 km from Hanioti, and 101 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.
