Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Konstandina Villa is an accommodation located in Nea Skioni. Taverns, cafes, shops, as well as the beach, are located very close. The beach is at a distance of 415m.
Within the complex of two buildings, there are five apartments - two with two bedrooms each and three with one bedroom each.
There are two buildings. The first apartment is situated in the first, separated building. The remaining four apartments are located in the second building, one on the ground floor, and the other three smaller ones on the first floor.
All apartments are air-conditioned, equipped with WiFi, TV, hairdryer and kettle. For guests staying longer than ten days, it is possible to have laundry service once for free.
Apartments with one bedroom each have a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with a small oven and two hotplates, except for one of them which has a stove with two hotplates.
Apartments with two bedrooms have a toaster, microwave oven, large oven with four burners, large refrigerator with a freezer, as well as a dishwasher.
Each apartment has a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub with a curtain, while the apartment located in the same building as the other two smaller apartments has an additional bathroom.
Konstantina Apartment, which is in a separate building, offers a view of the courtyard, while the remaining three apartments have a mountain view.
All apartments, depending on the level they are situated, have either a veranda or a balcony.
In the fenced yard, there is a seating set as well as a shared barbecue. In the part of the yard where Konstantina Villa is located, there is also a swing for children.
Konstantina Apartment is also suitable for people with disabilities.
Bed linen and towels are changed every five days and are included in the price.
Guests take care of the hygiene of the apartment themselves, and cleaning is possible for an additional fee.Parking is located next to the accommodation and is free.
Pets are not allowed.
The accommodation is open throughout the year.
