Beach Front Heaven Apartment is located in the seaside village of Nea Skioni, on the western side of the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki. This charming apartment is situated almost directly on the seashore, providing each guest with the privilege of waking up to the sound of waves and the scent of the sea, making their stay truly unforgettable.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to six adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, and the living room includes a sofa bed for two.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests WiFi, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a toaster, and a coffee machine.

From the veranda, furnished with seating, guests can enjoy a mesmerizing view of the sea. Complimentary use of sun loungers and umbrellas is provided throughout the stay.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the unit during their stay. A replacement set of linens and towels is not provided. Optional cleaning service is available for an additional fee.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 1 days prior arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

The remaining amount is paid no later than 1 day before arrival at the accommodation.
The minimum period of stay is five nights in August and seven nights in September.
The environmental tax is 8 euros per night.
