The property offers a studio for up to two adults and an apartment with two bedrooms for up to four adults and two children. Both accommodation units are located on the ground floor. The studio consists of a sleeping area with a kitchen and a bathroom and features a double bed, while the apartment comprises two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room features a sofa bed for two people.

A baby cot is available upon request and with prior notice at the time of booking. Its use is included in the accommodation price.

Each accommodation unit features air conditioning, WiFi internet and a Flat Screen TV, while the kitchen equipment varies depending on the accommodation type. The apartment has a built-in hob with four ceramic cooking zones, a large refrigerator with freezer, a large oven and a dishwasher, while the studio is equipped with a built-in hob with two ceramic cooking zones and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Both units also feature a kettle, coffee maker and toaster. A washing machine and hairdryer are also available.

The outdoor area offers additional opportunities for spending time outdoors during the summer. The apartment has a private veranda, while the studio has direct access to the garden. Guests can also use the fenced garden with a lawn, natural shade, a gazebo with outdoor seating and a barbecue, providing a pleasant setting for relaxing between visits to the beach. An outdoor shower is also available in the garden, which is practical after swimming in the sea.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation unit themselves. For stays of eight nights or more, replacement sets of bed linen and towels are provided halfway through the stay, which guests change themselves. Cleaning of the accommodation unit is available at an additional charge.

Two parking spaces are provided for each accommodation unit within the property.

Nea Skioni is a small seaside resort on the western coast of Kassandra, known for its sandy beach, clear sea and waterfront lined with tavernas, cafés and shops. A promenade stretches along the beach, while the small harbor with boats adds to the charm of this traditional Greek resort. Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 10% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
