Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Sea View Maisonette is a neat and modern accommodation, ideal for a relaxing holiday in a peaceful environment. It is located in Glarokavos, surrounded by pine trees that provide pleasant shade during the summer days. Its proximity to the sea makes it a perfect choice for guests who want to enjoy the beach and tranquility. Not far from the accommodation, at a distance of 550 m, is the famous Glarokavos Beach, known for its turquoise waters and unique lagoon. This beach stands out with its wide sandy shore with pebbles along the water's edge and crystal-clear sea. The whole area exudes a true Mediterranean atmosphere, perfect for a quiet and unforgettable holiday. Glarokavos Beach has been awarded the title of the most beautiful beach in Europe for 2025.
The property consists of two apartments, both structured as two-level maisonettes.
The first apartment can accommodate up to four adults and one child. On the lower level, on the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and a toilet, while on the upper level, on the second floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has one double bed, while the living room has a sofa for one person.

This air-conditioned accommodation features a ceiling fan in the living room and air conditioners in the bedrooms of both units. Guests have access to free WiFi, a TV with Netflix, a hairdryer, an iron, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher available only in the second apartment, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.
Guests have access to two large balconies, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. They are equipped with seating areas where guests can relax and enjoy the view of the yard and the sea in the distance. Guests can also use the landscaped yard, which includes a basketball court.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, upon prior arrangement and for an additional fee.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. An extra set of towels and bed linen is provided, but guests are responsible for changing them. There is a mandatory cleaning service after departure, which is charged additionally.
Two parking spaces are available for guests within the yard.
