Hotel Description

Caldera Apartment is a new apartment (50m2) with two bedrooms and separate dining room with kitchen, equipped in 2015.

It’s situated in a quiet location (450m from the sea), near the old market (100m) and the beautiful church in the center of Pefkohori. It is ideal for a family of four. Nearby, there are shops, restaurants, pizzerias and taverns with Greek food and music.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchen and brand new bathroom. The first bedroom is equipped with a new double bed, while the second has two separate single beds. All rooms are beautifully arranged, with new furniture. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, stove, refrigerator and dining table.

The apartment is double oriented, has two terraces overlooking the sea.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
