Our description
Alexander Hotel is an accommodation in a quiet location, close to the church and post office in Pefkohori. It offers 14 units with a kitchen, capacity 2-5 persons. It is an older building, but the units are very well maintained and clean.
The beach is 300m away, the center is about 200m away, the nearest bakery is 150m away, and the nearest shop and restaurant are just 50m away.
The units are 25-35m2, arranged on the first and second floors. Of the total 14, nine are studios for 2-3 persons, and five are four-bed duplex apartments, which can accommodate also a fifth person.
All units are air-conditioned, have a TV and a terrace with awning. Internet is only available in common areas. A hairdryer can be taken from the owner for use, and a baby cot can be provided upon request at the time of booking.
The units have a small fridge and stove in the kitchen, as well as all the necessary utensils. Bathrooms feature shower curtains.
The units are cleaned daily, with towels and bed linen changed every three days.
The accommodation has a very small courtyard, where there is no space for sitting and children's play.
Since there is no private parking, guests park their cars nearby.

Owners description
Alexander Hotel is the accommodation in Pefkohori not far from the beach. It offers double and triple studios and apartments for 4-5 persons.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, toilet and a balcony with a garden view. Amenities include reception, cafe-bar, free WiFi internet and indoor patio with a garden.
Our presence in the area is permanent and we have daily personal contact with our guests, for the best possible hospitality and stay, as well as for the immediate resolution of any potential problems that may arise. Tranquillity, comfort and cleanliness are the three basic and unobtrusive rules of operation of our hotel.
The cleaning is performed every day, while bed linen is replaced after three days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
