Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Pefkohori Beach Studios is located in Pefkohori, on the Kassandra peninsula, just 12m from the beach.
This accommodation offers its guests two studios for two adults and the possibility of a third person - a child up to 8 years of age, who would sleep on an extra bed (air mattress measuring 72x190cm). The studios, which are located on the first floor of the Vlahos restaurant building, and near the Luna Park, have a kitchen, a private bathroom and a balcony.
The air-conditioned studios provide their guests with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with an offer of NetTV Plus channels, Netflix, and a Youtube platform, as well as a kitchen with a refrigerator with a freezing chamber, and a stove with two ceramic hotplates.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a side view of the sea on the balcony located within this accommodation.
The cleaning of the accommodation during the stay is done by the guests themselves. The accommodation does not provide bed linen and towels to be changed during the guests' stay, but if the guests wish, they can pay extra for this service.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, with a mandatory note and included in the price.
There is no provided parking space for guests of this accommodation, but there is a public parking lot near the accommodation where guests can park their cars.
