Pefkohori Beach Studios is located in Pefkohori, on the Kassandra peninsula, just 12m from the beach.
This accommodation offers its guests two studios for two adults and the possibility of a third person - a child up to 8 years of age, who would sleep on an extra bed (air mattress measuring 72x190cm). The studios, which are located on the first floor of the Vlahos restaurant building, and near the Luna Park, have a kitchen, a private bathroom and a balcony.
The air-conditioned studios provide their guests with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with an offer of NetTV Plus channels, Netflix, and a Youtube platform, as well as a kitchen with a refrigerator with a freezing chamber, and a stove with two ceramic hotplates.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a side view of the sea on the balcony located within this accommodation.
The cleaning of the accommodation during the stay is done by the guests themselves. The accommodation does not provide bed linen and towels to be changed during the guests' stay, but if the guests wish, they can pay extra for this service.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

*Odgovor na Tamara komentar* Postovana Tamara drago nam je sto ste bili nas gost u ranijoj komunikaciji stekao sam utisak da ste bili zadovoljni pa me malo iznenadio vas ovde komentar, imao bih digresiju na to da je tus kabina mala, tus kabina je radjena po standardu 70x80, sto se buke na terasi tice to se moze dogoditi u sezoni vikendom ali mirisi iz kante se nikada nisu osetili o tome vodimo racuna i mi kao vlasnici i restoran i niko od gostiju se nikada nije zalio na takav problem. Veliki pozdrav

Apartman je izuzetno malo. Krevet je premali, tus kabina je premala Sve je nekako minijaturno sem terase. Kofere npr nismo mogli ispod kreveta da ostavim ni nigde u apartmanu vec na terasi koliko je malo. S obzirom da je apartman na samom setalistu nije previse bucno, ali zato restoran ispod do 1 sat iza ponoci se cuju tanjiri, kako slazu pribor za jelo, ma uzas.. I ujutru uzasno smrdi smece od tog restorana, ima veliki zeleni kontejner koji ujutru uzasno smrdi, nismo mogli da popijemo jutarnju kafu na terasi od tog smrada…. Jos jedna zamerka je to sto se doplacuje posteljina, ja sam to videla u oglasu kad smo bukirali smestaj, al to je bas bezveze.. iskreno posteljina treba da se promeni vec 5ti dan, a dopacuje se 10e…
