Description
On the eastern coast of the first finger of Halkidiki, a little over 700km from Belgrade, lies Brina House in Pefkohori - a place with the longest tradition in tourism on Kassandra. The accommodation is 500m away from the nearest beach and approximately 900m from the main street with a large number of hospitality venues.
Market Smile and the bakery Lemonis are located 650m from the accommodation.
This maisonette on three levels, which is intended for accommodation of up to six adults and two children, consists of a living room with a kitchen and a toilet on the ground floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, and a third bedroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and toilet in the attic. The bedrooms have a double bed, two single beds pushed together, and bunk beds, while the living room includes a sofa for two.
Within this air-conditioned maisonette, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a jacuzzi, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, a flat hob with four ceramic glass rings, a large oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin. Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior arrangement with the owners and at an additional cost.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation, as well as for changing the bed linen and towels. For all reservations, there is a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay.
Guests can enjoy warm summer days on the veranda or one of the two balconies equipped with seating furniture. In the enclosed and well-maintained yard, with paved paths, greenery, and natural shade, guests have the opportunity to barbecue with family and friends.
Guests can park their vehicles right in front of the accommodation.
Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, drive straight through the main street in Pefkohori, then after passing the Lemonis bakery, turn slightly left for 250m, and then sharp left into the street towards the sea for 110m. After 140m, turn right and drive to the end of the street - Brina House is the first house on your right in the last row.
Brina House is an ideal choice for larger families who want to enjoy the comfort, elegant design, and high functionality of the accommodation, while being close to the beach and all the amenities necessary for a carefree stay.

A damage deposit of 300€, which the owner keeps in case of compensation for possible damage, is required and should be paid in cash on check-in. It will be returned upon check-out, after the inspection of the general condition of the house.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
