Owners description
On the eastern coast of the first finger of Halkidiki, a little over 700km from Belgrade, lies Brina House in Pefkohori - a place with the longest tradition in tourism on Kassandra. The accommodation is 500m away from the nearest beach and approximately 900m from the main street with a large number of shops, bakeries and restaurants.
This three-level maisonette, intended to accommodate up to six adults and two children, consists of a living room with a kitchen area and a toilet on the ground floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and a third bedroom with a jacuzzi and toilet in the attic. The bedrooms have a double bed, two joined single beds and bunk beds, while the living room includes a sofa for two people.
Within this air-conditioned maisonette, guests have access to free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a jacuzzi, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with a freezer, a ceramic cooktop with four burners, a large oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster.
During warm summer days, guests can spend their time on the veranda or two balconies equipped with seating sets.
In the fenced and beautifully maintained yard, with paved paths, greenery and natural shade, guests have the opportunity to prepare barbecue with their family and friends.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon prior agreement with the owners and for an additional fee.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation, as well as for changing bed linen and towels. For all reservations, there is a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay.
Guests can park their vehicles right in front of the accommodation.
Brina House is located 96km from the international airport in Thessaloniki, 5km from Hanioti and 9km from Polychrono.

Bookings
A minimum number of nights is six.
A damage deposit of 300€, which the owner keeps in case of compensation for possible damage, is required and should be paid in cash on check-in. It will be returned upon check-out, after the inspection of the general condition of the house.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
