Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 10 days prior arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, 25% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 11 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Ocean Private Villas is located in Pefkochori, just 240 meters from the beach. This luxurious accommodation offers all the necessary amenities, and guests can enjoy panoramic sea views, a private courtyard with a jacuzzi and pool, as well as a barbecue area in the gazebo.
It offers four accommodation units with private pools.
Penelopy Villa and Calypso Villa are two-level maisonettes that can accommodate up to eight guests. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The first floor features two bedrooms and a bathroom, while the open gallery on the third level includes a double bed and a bathroom. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, and the third bedroom contains two single beds.
Ithaca Villa and Kirki Villa are also two-level maisonettes, each accommodating up to six guests. The ground floor comprises a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The first floor contains two bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, and the third bedroom has two single beds.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has AC units in the living room and in the bedroom, guests have free WiFi internet, a TV with satellite and cable channels, a safe, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
On the veranda and balcony, furnished with seating arrangements, guests can enjoy panoramic views of the sea and the private pool.
In the garden of the facility, which is fenced and nicely landscaped for enjoyment, guests have at their disposal a jacuzzi and a pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as tables and chairs. Guests can also enjoy preparing barbecue with family and friends under the gazebo.
Pets are allowed only in Ithaca Villa.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay.
Private parking is provided for guests of the accommodation.
Ocean Private Villas is 6km away from Xenia Beach, 21km from Kallithea, and 97km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.
