Ocean Private Villas is a modern facility located in the most popular destination with the longest history in tourism, Pefkohori, on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, 240m from the beach and 1.5km from the center.
It offers four accommodation units with private pools.
Penelopy Villa and Calypso Villa consist of two levels and in their structure are maisonettes that can accommodate up to eight people. On the first level (ground floor), there is a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. On the second level (first floor), there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, while on the third level - on the open gallery, there is a French bed and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have a French bed, while one bedroom has two single beds.
Ithaca Villa and Kirki Villa consist of two levels and in their structure are maisonettes that can accommodate up to six people. On the first level (ground floor), there is a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. On the second level (first floor), there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have a French bed, while the third room has two single beds.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has independent cooling units in the living room and in the bedroom, guests have free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels, a safe, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathrooms have a shower cabin with toiletries.
On warm summer days, with a panoramic view of the sea and the private pool, guests can spend their time on the veranda and balcony furnished with a seating set.
In the garden of the facility, which is fenced and nicely landscaped for enjoyment, guests have at their disposal a jacuzzi and a pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as tables and chairs. Guests can also enjoy preparing barbecue with family and friends under the gazebo.
Pets are allowed only in Ithaca Villa.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay.
Private parking is provided for guests of the accommodation.
Ocean Private Villas is 5.7km away from Xenia Beach, 20.8km from Kallithea, and 97km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 10 days prior arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, 25% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 11 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
