Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Heart and Soul apartment is accommodation in the center of Pefkohori. It is located near the Rialto pizzeria on the street that leads to the beach, but is closed to traffic in the evening. It is about 50m from the sea and the promenade.
It has one separate bedroom, living room with kitchen and bathroom.
It can accommodate a maximum of five people. The apartment is air-conditioned, has Internet, TV with satellite channels and hair dryer.The kitchen is equipped, has two hotplates and a large fridge with freezer.
The terrace overlooks the courtyard.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests themselves maintain the hygiene of the apartment during their stay. Changing of bed linen and towels is not provided, but can be done in agreement with the host, for longer stays.
