Dalmazis Studios is located in Pefkohori, in an excellent location, just 350 meters from the beach and close to all essential amenities. The beach in Pefkohori is very long, mostly narrow, with wider parts at the edges, and covered with fine pebbles. The sea is clean, and the entrance to the water is gradual, which is convenient for families with children. During the summer months, due to the high number of visitors, the town beach and the promenade are often crowded with tourists. Nearby are the popular resorts of Hanioti and Polichrono, which further enrich the possibilities for going out and enjoying the area. Pefkohori is also a great starting point for exploring the entire Kassandra peninsula, thanks to its good connections with other towns.

Triple and quadruple studios are available, each consisting of a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The triple studios are intended for up to three adults and are located on the elevated ground floor or the first floor, while the quadruple studios are situated on the first floor and are intended for up to three adults and one child.

The triple studios feature either three single beds or one double bed and one single bed. The quadruple studios have a double bed, a single bed, and an extra bed.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free Wi-Fi internet and a TV, as well as a kitchenette equipped with a stovetop with two burners and a standard fridge with a freezer compartment.

Depending on the floor where the unit is located, guests have access to either a balcony or a veranda, both furnished with seating sets—ideal for relaxation and enjoyment.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 4 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
