Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Quadruple studios can host up to three adults and one child. One studio is located on the second floor, while the others are on the first floor. They include a sleeping area with a kitchenette and a bathroom. They have a double bed and a sofa bed for two persons.
The five-person apartment can host up to five adults and is located on the second floor. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. It has two double beds and a sofa for one person.
The six-person apartment can host up to six adults and is located on the second floor. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. It has two double beds and a sofa for two people.
On request, a baby cot is available within the price.
