The apartment is situated on the first floor of the building and consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. It can accommodate up to six adults, making it an excellent choice for larger families or groups of friends. Guests have access to two single beds in the bedroom, while the living room features two sofas suitable for two persons each, providing plenty of space for a comfortable and pleasant stay during the holiday.

The apartment is air-conditioned, and guests have access to wireless WiFi internet and a flat-screen Smart TV for added comfort during their stay. The kitchen is well equipped for everyday meal preparation and includes four cooking hobs, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a large oven. A toaster and an electric kettle are also available for guests’ convenience. For an even more comfortable and practical stay, a washing machine and a hairdryer are provided as well.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
