Seastone Beach Houses is located in Pefkohori Pefkohori, one of the most popular tourist destinations on the Kassandra Peninsula Kassandra Peninsula, and is an excellent choice for a peaceful and pleasant seaside holiday. The beach is only 105 meters from the property, while the town center is about 900 meters away, giving guests easy access to numerous restaurants, cafés, shops, and other amenities, while still allowing them to enjoy a more relaxed environment outside the main tourist zone.

The property consists of two separate apartments, each designed to accommodate up to five adults – one located on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. Both apartments include a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other is equipped with two single beds. In addition, a sofa bed in the living room can accommodate one person, making the layout comfortable and functional for families or small groups.

Guests have access to WiFi internet, air conditioning, and a TV in the living room, while the first-floor apartment also has an additional air conditioner in one of the bedrooms. The kitchens are fully equipped and include a four-burner stove with oven, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a dishwasher. Additional convenience is provided by a washing machine and a hairdryer.

Outdoor living is enhanced by a balcony in the upper apartment and a veranda on the ground floor, while a shared, landscaped, and fenced grassy yard offers space for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment.

This accommodation is also suitable for guests traveling with pets, as small pets up to 10 kg are allowed without additional charges.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartments, while a replacement set of bed linen and towels is available for stays longer than five nights. Additional cleaning services and extra sets of linen and towels are available at an extra charge.

Private parking is not provided, so guests park their vehicles on the street in the immediate vicinity of the property.

The location is an excellent base for exploring Kassandra and its surrounding areas. Hanioti Hanioti is only 4 km away, the Glarokavos Beach Glarokavos Beach is about 6 km away, while Thessaloniki “Makedonia” International Airport Thessaloniki Airport Makedonia is approximately 95 km away.
