Sea Level Hotel is located in the very center of Polichrono, approximately 40 meters from the beach, which can be reached by simply crossing the street, making it an excellent choice for guests who wish to stay in close proximity to the sea and all the amenities the resort offers. In the surrounding area, there are numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops, ensuring that everything needed for a comfortable stay is easily accessible. The property is modernly designed, featuring a functional and carefully planned interior that provides comfort and a pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay. Guests also have access to a swimming pool with accompanying facilities, ideal for relaxation and refreshment during warm days, while the close proximity to the beach allows quick and easy access to the sea at any time. Polichrono is known for its long sandy beach, clean sea, and rich tourist offer, making this accommodation a very good choice for a quality summer holiday.

The offer includes rooms that can be double, triple, and quadruple, as well as apartments for four and five people. All units are rented on a half-board basis, except in the month of May when they are rented on a bed and breakfast basis.

Double rooms can accommodate up to two adults and feature a double bed. Triple rooms can accommodate up to three adults and include a double bed and a single sofa bed. Except for a few double rooms located in the basement, the rest are distributed on the first, second, or third floor.

Quadruple rooms are located on the first or second floor and are intended for a maximum of three adults and one child. They feature a double bed and a sofa bed for two persons.

Quadruple apartments consist of a living room, bedroom, and bathroom, and can accommodate up to three adults and one child. They include a double bed and a sofa bed for two persons. One apartment is located on the third floor, while the others are on the second floor and offer a jacuzzi on the terrace as an additional amenity.

Two-bedroom apartments are located on the first or second floor and are designed for a maximum of five adults. They include a living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a single sofa bed.

A baby cot is available upon request, included in the price.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, satellite TV, a safety deposit box, hairdryer, iron, coffee machine, and kettle, as well as a minibar, which is subject to an additional charge.

Depending on the floor where the unit is located, guests have access to a balcony or veranda with seating furniture, ideal for relaxation and enjoyment. Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 12 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 10 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Upon arrival at the accommodation, it is mandatory to pay a fee of 10€ per day of stay.
Use of the minibar is charged additionally.
The minimum stay is one night for the period 01.05 – 31.05.
The minimum stay is two nights for the periods 01.06 – 18.06 and 11.09 – 01.10.
The minimum stay is three nights for the period 19.06 – 09.07.
The minimum stay is four nights for the period 10.07 – 10.09.
