Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Eleftheria Apartments are located in the very center of Polichrono, about 150m from the beach, near the church of St. Nicholas. They are an ideal place for those who want accommodation in a quiet environment and near an organized city beach. Four four-bed apartments are available to guests.
The accommodation is about 100m from restaurants, shops and bakeries.
All four apartments are located on the ground floor (three steps from the courtyard level), and are intended for accommodation of a maximum of four adults.
In two apartments No. 1 and No. 4 in the bedroom there is a double bed and one bed for one person, while in the kitchen area there is a sofa for two people.
In two apartments No. 2 and No. 3, there is a double bed in the bedroom, while there is a sofa for two people in the kitchen area.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned (one air conditioner in each accommodation unit). They have WiFi internet, a flat screen TV, a hair dryer and a shared washing machine, which can be used by all guests.
The kitchens of all apartments are equipped.
Accommodation units No. 1 and 4 have a small stove with two rings and a small oven, a large fridge with freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.
Accommodation units No. 2 and 3 have a large four ring stove and large oven, large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
The bathroom of the accommodation units has a shower cabin.
All apartments have verandas in front, at the entrance to the accommodation, as well as verandas that can be accessed from the bedrooms and look towards the courtyard of the accommodation. Both verandas have seating and depending on the time of day, you can enjoy the shade on one or the other veranda of the accommodation.
A baby cot is available to guests upon prior request and this service is free of charge.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay is done every three days, while the bed linen and towels are changed every seventh day. Laundry service is also available to guests, within the price. In this accommodation, for the service of cleaning the accommodation after the departure of the guests, an additional payment is required.
Accommodation guests can park in front of the accommodation facility. There is no guaranteed parking space. Parking is also possible in the surrounding streets or in one of the public parking lots.
Eleftheria Apartments are an ideal place for families or a larger group, it is close to all the facilities that Polichrono offers.
