Description
Elena's 2 Maisonette is located in the very center of Polichrono, close to the beach. It is an ideal place for those who want accommodation with a yard in a quiet environment and near an organized city beach.
It is about 50m away from restaurants, shops and the sea.
The accommodation has a maisonette structure on two levels and is suitable for 4 people.
It has two double beds, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The upstairs bedroom is not separated by a door.
The kitchen is equipped, it has a large stove with an oven, a small refrigerator with a freezer and a coffee machine.
The accommodation is more modest, air-conditioned, has a TV, a terrace on the first floor and a veranda in front of the entrance. The courtyard in front of the entrance is common and is shared with another apartment which is right next to it.
The bathroom has a shower without a curtain.
Pets are also allowed in the accommodation, with an additional charge and prior agreement.
Guests take care of hygiene in the apartment during their stay, as well as changing bed linen and towels (which they have at their disposal). There is a mandatory cleaning service surcharge for all reservations.
Parking is not provided for accommodation guests. Parking is possible in the surrounding streets or in one of the public parking lots.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
