Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 35% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Olga House is located in Polichrono, on the beautiful coast of Kassandra in Halkidiki, less than 100m from the beach. The apartment is located on the second floor and can host up to 6 people, perfect accommodation for families or groups of friends.
Facilities include: a living room with a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, a first bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious balcony, ideal for enjoyment and relaxation.
A cot can be provided on request and this service is free of charge.
Accommodation guests can park nearby, along the street, but also in the nearby public parking lot. There is no guaranteed parking space.
The distance from the beach and the town center is 100m. The nearest supermarket is located 150m from the accommodation.
The beach in Polykhron is sandy. Near the accommodation there are taverns and beach bars, and some of them offer free umbrellas on the beach with the purchase of a drink.
It is an ideal choice for anyone looking for comfort and proximity to the sea on one of the most beautiful Greek peninsulas.
