Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Selena House is located near the beach, on the outskirts of Polichrono, in the direction of Hanioti. It is in an ideal position for those who like to visit places in the area.
The accommodation is about 150m from the beach, and about 1.5km from the town center. This is also the distance from the first restaurants, cafes and bakeries.
The house has two levels and can accommodate up to six people, four adults and two children.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a kitchen and a toilet.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Upstairs is a bathroom with a shower tub with a curtain.
A baby cot is available to guests, upon request and this service is free of charge.
The accommodation is air-conditioned. It has free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen there is a stove with four rings and a large oven and a large refrigerator.
The balcony on the ground floor is equipped with seating, the view of the sea is obscured by an olive tree, which creates shade in the yard. From the terrace, which is accessed from the bedrooms, there is a view of the sea.
Guests can use the barbecue in the yard.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation with additional charge.
The cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay is done by the guests themselves. Towels and bed linen can be changed for an additional fee. In this accommodation, an additional fee is required for cleaning the accommodation after guests leave.
Two parking spaces are provided for accommodation guests.
