Pool Villa is located on the Kassandra peninsula, near the small village of Posidi characterized by a large number of traditional taverns and cafes with beautifully landscaped gardens. The property, situated 1.7 km away from the nearest beach and town center, exudes a warm homely atmosphere and offers peace and privacy, making it ideal for a family vacation. In the spacious, beautifully landscaped garden, rich with greenery and a luxurious array of flowers, there is also a pool.

The accommodation unit is spread over three levels and in structure represents a maisonette, intended for up to ten adults. It features five bedrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and two bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen with a dining area including a sofa for one person. The first floor houses three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the third contains a single bed. The attic has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds.

The air-conditioned villa includes a TV, WiFi internet, a washing machine, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker.

On the spacious veranda next to the pool, guests can relax in a pleasant gazebo, enjoy swimming in the pool, or organize various meals and gatherings with a private barbecue.

Pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for their own hygiene during their stay. A replacement set of towels and bed linen is available for guests to change themselves.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
