Hotel Description

Located in Siviri, in a quiet location, V Luxury Apartments 2 offers four new, modernly furnished, clean apartments with a capacity of 2-8 people.

The beach is 550m away, the center and the nearest restaurant about 300m, and the nearest bakery and shop are 200m away.

The apartments are arranged in two buildings, two in each building, one on the ground floor and one upstairs. All are air-conditioned (ground floor apartments have one air conditioner and upstairs apartments have three air conditioners), they have internet, TV, terrace (ground floor apartments have porch), mosquito nets and hairdryer.

Kitchens are fully equipped, with a large fridge, a small stove with an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine and dishes. In bathrooms there are showers with curtains.

The ground floor apartments are elevated from the ground by three stairs, measuring 28m2 and can accommodate up to four people (2 + 2). They have a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed (190x120) in the kitchen, suitable for two children up to 12 years old.

Upstairs apartments are duplexes on two levels. Surfaces are 50m2 and can accommodate up to six people. On the lower level they have one bedroom with a double bed and a kitchen with a double sofa bed, and on the upper level another room with two single beds.

Cleaning of units and replacement of towels and linen are done every three days.

The courtyard is small and poorly decorated because the accommodation is new, and since there is no place to park, guests park their cars in front of accommodation, on the street.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
