Villa Vit'S Sea (built in 2019) is located on the first line in the village of Siviri and 2 km from the beach of Agios Nikolaos Fourka.
Our villa has 3 floors. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, a spacious living room and a kitchen, direct access to the sea.
The first and second floors are combined with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a shower and a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and two large balconies.
It offers a terrace, air-conditioned rooms with a balcony and free Wi-Fi.
The apartment features a patio, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, and a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The window offers a view of the pool and the sea!
A refrigerator, an oven, a stove, a kettle and a coffee machine are also provided.
A car rental service is available at Villa Vit'S.
The nearest airport is in Thessaloniki, 63 km away.A shuttle service from/to the airport is available for an additional fee.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
