The interior is simple yet well-organized and equipped with all the necessary amenities for an enjoyable stay, while the proximity to the beach allows guests to easily enjoy the sea at any time of the day. Siviri is situated on the western coast of the Kassandra peninsula, the first “leg” of Halkidiki, and is known for its relaxed atmosphere, long sandy beach, and exceptionally clear waters. This well-maintained resort offers a pleasant seaside promenade, as well as numerous tavernas, cafés, and shops. Thanks to its good connections with other resorts on Kassandra, guests can easily explore nearby beaches and attractions.

The offer includes a four-bed studio located on the ground floor, intended for a maximum of four adults. It consists of a sleeping area with a kitchen and a bathroom, and features one double bed and two single beds.

A baby cot is available upon request and is included in the price.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused. - Environmental tax is not included in the price and is 8€ per night.
