Neptune Sea House is a comfortable and spacious apartment in Siviri, Kassandra. Ideally positioned in the very center of the resort, it offers the opportunity for a relaxed and carefree vacation for several families or larger groups of friends, while also providing plenty of privacy, bearing in mind that it contains as many as three living rooms. A vacation in this accommodation will surely be remembered for the evenings and mornings spent in the yard or on the porch, listening to the sounds of the waves from the beach, only 70 m away.

The apartment, intended for a maximum of 12 adults and three children, consists of three levels - basement, ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. From the ground floor level, one descends to the basement, where there is another living room, as well as open sleeping areas. From the ground floor level, you can reach the level of the first floor, where there is a third living room, an additional kitchen, an additional bathroom, as well as two bedrooms. In the basement living room there is a sofa for two people, while in the open sleeping areas there is also a double bed, two single beds, as well as a sofa for one person. The living room on the ground floor is equipped with a sofa for two people, while the same sofa can be found in the living room on the first floor. The bedrooms located on the first floor are equipped with double beds.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request, with prior notice at the time of booking.

The apartment is air-conditioned, while air conditioners are located both in the living room on the ground floor and in the living room on the first floor, which additionally contributes to the guests’ comfort during their stay in the warm summer months. The apartment is equipped with a wireless internet connection, as well as with a total of three flat screen TVs, one in each of the three living rooms. The kitchens are fully equipped with all the necessary elements, and they contain a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with a large oven and four hotplates, as well as a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine. A washing machine, a dishwasher, and a hair dryer are also available.

When it comes to open spaces, guests can enjoy the balcony on the level of the first floor, which is accessed from the living room on that same floor. On the ground floor there is a porch equipped with seating furniture, while a well-maintained, fenced yard is also equipped with seating furniture, which guarantees the open space capacity for all the numerous guests of this accommodation.

It is possible to stay with pets in this accommodation, with prior notice at the time of booking. Also, it is important to note that a fee is charged for the stay of pets, as well as a deposit that is returned at the end of the stay, in case no damage has occurred.

Cleaning and the services of changing bed linen and towels are not provided, but it is possible to provide these services for an additional fee. The hygiene of the apartment is taken care of by the guests themselves.

Private parking spaces are not provided within this accommodation, while guests can park their vehicles along the street.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
