The complex offers five two-bedroom apartments accommodating up to six adults. Each apartment extends over two levels, consisting of a raised ground floor and a first floor. The lower level features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, while the upper floor includes two bedrooms and a bathroom. The five-person apartments feature a double bed in one bedroom, a sofa bed for two people in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed for one person in the living room. The six-person apartments include a sofa bed for one person in the living room, a double bed in one bedroom, while the second bedroom is furnished with bunk beds and an additional single bed.
A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request, with prior notice at the time of booking.
The apartments are equipped with air conditioning located on the first floor, while a portable fan is available on the ground floor. Guests also have access to Wi-Fi internet and flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms. The kitchens are equipped with four standard cooking hobs, a full-size oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. For additional convenience, each apartment also features a washing machine and a hairdryer, ensuring a more comfortable stay.
Each accommodation unit has two balconies, one on the raised ground floor and the other on the first floor, both furnished with outdoor seating, providing a pleasant space for relaxation. Guests can also enjoy a spacious enclosed yard with a well-maintained lawn, outdoor seating areas, and a children’s playground, making it an ideal place for the whole family to relax and spend time together.
Small pets weighing up to 8 kg are welcome at the property.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their accommodation during their stay. Bed linen and towels are changed every five days to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
Private parking is not available for guests. Vehicles may be parked along the street or in the nearby public parking area, subject to availability.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
