Favelas Luxury Apartments is located in a small suburban settlement in the municipality of Kavala called Stavros Amigdaleona. Situated on a hill offering views of the mountainous landscapes. The nearest beach is approximately 4.6km away, and the city of Kavala is about 6km away.

Within the property, there are four apartments. The complex is organized into two buildings, each containing one apartment on the first and one on the second floor. Each apartment has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to four adults and two children up to 12 years old. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa suitable for two children. Apartments 1 and 2 (building A) have a larger area and include a bathroom and a WC. Apartments 3 and 4, located in building B, have a slightly smaller area.

Upon request, a baby cot and a high chair can be provided for guests.

The apartments are equipped with three air conditioning units each, internet, TV, a safe, a washing machine, iron, ironing board, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer. The kitchen features four hobs, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower without a tub, with a glass partition.

Each apartment has three balconies. Due to the cascading construction and the sloping position, the apartments offer beautiful views of the surrounding nature and mountain landscapes.

Guests have access to a fenced yard with seating area, an outdoor toilet, and a shared stone barbecue.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay. For stays of seven nights or more, additional sets of towels and bed linen are provided. There is also a cleaning service available for an extra charge.

Guests can park their vehicles in front of the building. Additional security is provided by an external camera system covering the area around the property.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
