In the village of Amigdhaleon, near Kavala, lies the IVY Traditional House - a charming house of traditional style, ideal for a peaceful retreat in nature. It is away from the hustle and bustle, with the beach just 5.6 km away.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and is intended for a maximum of six adults. It consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other offers a narrower than standard double bed, and the living room is equipped with a sofa for two.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request by guests, with prior notice at the time of booking.

The property is equipped with all the necessary details for a complete enjoyment during the stay. Guests have access to two air conditioning units, WiFi internet, and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for food preparation and includes a large oven, four burners, and a large fridge with a freezer, as well as a toaster, coffee machine, and kettle. Guests also have access to a washing machine and a hairdryer.

Pets are not allowed in this property.

During their stay, guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation, while bed linen and towels are changed every four days. Additional sets of towels are available at no extra charge, by prior arrangement, while additional sets of bed linen and cleaning service can be provided for an additional fee.

There is a limited number of parking spaces available to guests, with additional street parking possible in the immediate vicinity of the property.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Price note

Upon arrival, guests are required to pay a 200 € security deposit in case of any potential damage. The deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the stay, provided that no damage has occurred.
