Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Alexia's House is located in the town of Kavala, located on the northern coast of Orphan Bay, part of the Aegean Sea, right across the island of Thassos. This apartment, which is part of a family house, provides you with comfort and convenience, as well as the enjoyment of visiting the surrounding beaches, sights and restaurants with traditional cuisine. The nearest Abelakia beach is 150m away, Kalamica beach is 500m away, while Rapsani beach is 1.5km and Batis beach is 1.9km from the accommodation.
The apartment, which has a separate entrance, is located on the ground floor and can accommodate four adults. It has a living room with kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In one bedroom there is a double bed, while in the second bedroom there are two single beds.
Upon request and within the price, a baby cot is available to guests.
In this air-conditioned facility, where air conditioners are located in the bedrooms, guests have free Wi-Fi internet, TV, washing machine, hair dryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
Right in front of the entrance to this apartment, you can enjoy the beautifully decorated yard where there is a table with chairs for your relaxation.
Pets are not allowed in this facility.
During the stay, the guests clean the apartment themselves, while the bed linen and towels are changed every fourth day. Also, upon request and with an additional charge, the accommodation cleaning service is available.
No parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation, but a free parking space can be found in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, along the street.
