Evris House 1 & 2 is located in a quiet residential area of Kavala, just 750m from the sandy beach, making it an excellent choice for families or larger groups seeking spacious and well-equipped accommodation near the sea. The accommodation boasts a private veranda for the ground-floor apartment, four balconies for the first-floor apartment, and beautiful views of the sea, the city, and the surrounding landscape.

Within the property, there are two spacious accommodation units. The two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor can accommodate up to five adults and consists of two separate bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for one person. The three-bedroom apartment on the first and second floors can accommodate up to seven adults and features three separate bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom has two single beds, and the living room has an additional sofa for one person.

Upon request, a baby cot can be provided in both apartments at no extra cost.

Both apartments are air-conditioned, with the cost included in the rental price. The two-bedroom apartment has two air-conditioning units, one in the living room and one in one of the bedrooms, while the three-bedroom apartment has four air-conditioning units, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. The living rooms are spacious and equipped with Smart TVs. Guests have access to free WiFi, a washing machine, and a hairdryer in both units. Each apartment has its own kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen in the two-bedroom apartment has three standard hobs (two large, one small), while the kitchen in the three-bedroom apartment has two standard hobs (one large, one small). Both kitchens are equipped with a small oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

The ground-floor two-bedroom apartment has a private veranda with views of the courtyard, the street, and the sea in the distance. Guests of this apartment also have access to a landscaped, fenced yard with a well-maintained lawn and shade. The three-bedroom apartment has four balconies, with a large balcony connected to the living room and standard-sized balconies attached to the bedrooms. Three of the balconies offer sea views, while one faces the courtyard. Thanks to its elevated position, the apartments provide views of the mountain, the city’s landmarks, and the wider panorama of Kavala, making it one of their distinctive features.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

Upon arrival, guests will find prepared bed linen and towels on the beds. During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartments. Additional sets of bed linen and towels are not pre-stocked in the units but can be provided upon request free of charge. Cleaning services can also be arranged upon request, for an additional fee.

The property does not have its own private parking, but guests can park for free on the street in the vicinity of the accommodation.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
