The Blue House is a duplex apartment located on the ground floor of a house on the outskirts of Nea Iraklitsa. This is a separate, fully equipped apartment and is the perfect choice for families of four who seek privacy during their vacation. Guests of the apartment are provided with a parking space, and pets are welcome with prior arrangement.

The accommodation is about 800m away from the beach, and the nearest market is at a distance of 650m.

The Blue House apartment is located on the ground floor (the house is terraced, so from one side it appears that the apartment is on the lower ground floor). It covers an area of 63m2, consisting of two bedrooms, a private bathroom, and a kitchen with a living room. It can accommodate four people.

One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary utensils, a stove with an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, and a dishwasher.

At the entrance to the apartment, there is a small seating area that serves as a living room, behind which is a dining table with chairs, and further down is the kitchen. The bathroom has a bathtub.

The unit is air-conditioned, has internet access, and guests also have a washing machine at their disposal.

During their stay, guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation, and bed linen and towels are changed every 6-7 days. In the courtyard in front of the apartment, there is a canopy with seating that guests can use.

Private parking is available in the yard. It is worth noting that the road leading to this accommodation is unpaved.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 2 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
