Blue house is a duplex apartment located on the ground floor of a house on the outskirts of Nea Iraklitsa. This is a separate, fully equipped apartment and is the right choice for families of four who want privacy during their vacation. A parking space is provided for guests of the apartment, and pets are also welcome with prior agreement.

The accommodation is about 800m from the beach, and the nearest market is 650m away.

The Blue House apartment is located on the ground floor (the house is built in a cascade, so on the one hand it seems that the apartment is on the lower ground floor). It occupies an area of 63m2, consists of two bedrooms, a private bathroom, a kitchen with a living room. It can host 4 people.

One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary dishes, a stove with an oven, a large refrigerator and a dishwasher. At the entrance to the apartment, there is a small corner with a sofa that forms the living room, behind the sofa there is a dining table with chairs, and below is the kitchen.

The bathroom has a large bathtub. The accommodation is air-conditioned, it has internet and a washing machine. During the stay, the guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the accommodation, and the bed linen and towels are changed every 6-7 days. In the yard in front of the apartment, there is an awning with a set of seating, which is used by the guests of the apartment. Private parking is available in the yard.

If you like accommodations isolated from the hustle and bustle of the city and don’t mind a slightly longer, easy walk to the sandy beach, this renovated apartment is a good choice for your vacation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 2 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
