The 65m2 accommodation is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen with a dining area. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The living room includes a sofa bed for two, suitable for one adult and one child. All rooms have access to a balcony overlooking the sea in the distance and the street.
Guests have at their disposal air conditioning located in the kitchen, WiFi, TV, mosquito nets, hairdryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, large oven, big fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available. The bathroom includes a shower with a curtain. Pets are welcome with prior request and an additional fee.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay, while the replacement of bed linens and towels is done halfway through their stay.
There is no private parking available, but free parking spots can easily be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 5 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
