N&A Vacation House is located in the center of Nea Iraklitsa, 180m from the sandy beach. Nea Iraklitsa is a small town belonging to the municipality of Pangeo and the prefecture of Kavala, a place with a well-kept seaside promenade lined with traditional restaurants, taverns, modern bars, bakeries, pastry shops, and stores.
The apartment is situated on the second floor of a building with an elevator and can accommodate a maximum of five adults and one child. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room with a kitchen and dining area. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, and the living room features a sofa bed for two.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathroom includes a shower tray with a curtain.
Guests can enjoy warm summer days with a side sea view from the balcony.

For reservations for period from 01.05.2024 to 31.03.2025, for stays of 7 nights and more, discount of 5 % of total reservation is allowed.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 5 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
