It is a complex of 11 accommodation units, which are distributed on the ground floor and the first floor of the building: five maisonettes on the first floor, four apartments, and two studios on the ground floor.
Apartments with an area of 30m2 (numbers 8, 1, 2, and 3) can accommodate four people, two adults and two children. They consist of a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa for two, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
Studio with an area of 25m2 (number 7) can accommodate four people: two adults and two children. It has a double bed, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
They have a veranda overlooking the garden and a seating area.
Studio with an area of 20m2 (number 11) is located in the courtyard of the property and is a separate accommodation unit, it can accommodate two people. It has a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. It has a veranda overlooking the garden and a seating area.
Maisonettes with an area of 45m2 (numbers 4, 5, 6, and 10) are located on the first floor and can accommodate up to six people: four adults and two children. They include a separate bedroom with a double bed, an open gallery on the second level with a double bed (number 10 has a closed gallery), a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
Maisonette with an area of 40m2 (number 9), which is also on the first floor, can accommodate four people: two adults and two children. It includes a double bed on an open gallery, a fully equipped kitchen with a sofa bed, and a bathroom.
The balconies have views of nature and the garden, as well as a seating area.
Guests have access to WiFi, air conditioning in every room, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with three burners and a small oven(5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10), a stove with two burners (numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 and 11), a large refrigerator with a freezer (numbers 4, 5, 6, and 10), a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment (numbers 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, and 11), a kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. The bathrooms have showers (numbers 7, 8, 9, and 10) or a tiled shower with a curtain (numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 11). Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available. Accommodation is based on bed and breakfast (menu), which is served in the garden of the property.
Cleaning is done daily, while towel and linen change is done every three days.
The complex has a spacious garden where children can play actively on the playground equipped with a slide, swings, and numerous toys. This area is designed to provide entertainment for the little ones, while adults have the opportunity to prepare barbecues.
Parking space is available within the courtyard for guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
