Accommodation description

Mad’s Villas is located in the town of Nea Peramos, in a peaceful location near the beach. It offers maisonettes, apartments, and studios with a view of a large garden with a children’s playground, barbecue, and private parking. It is an ideal choice for families and couples.

The beach is 600m away. The center is located 500m away, and the market is 1.2km from the accommodation.

This is a complex of 11 accommodation units, which are distributed on the ground floor and the first floor of the building: five maisonettes on the first floor, four apartments, and two studios on the ground floor.

Apartments with an area of 30m2 (numbers 1, 2, 3, and 8) can accommodate four people, two adults, and two children. They consist of a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa for two, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.

A Studio with an area of 25m2 (number 7) can accommodate four people, two adults, and two children. It has a double bed, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.

They have a veranda overlooking the garden and a seating area.

A Studio of 20m2 (number 11) is located in the courtyard of the building and is a separate unit that can accommodate two people. It has a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. It has a veranda overlooking the garden and a seating area.

Maisonettes with an area of 45m2 (numbers 4, 5, 6, and 10) are located on the first floor and can accommodate up to six people, four adults, and two children. They consist of a separate bedroom with a double bed, an open gallery on the second level with a double bed (number 10 has a closed gallery), a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.

A Maisonette with an area of 40m2 (number 9), also on the first floor, can accommodate four people, two adults, and two children. It has a double bed in an open gallery, a fully equipped kitchen with a sofa bed, and a bathroom.

The balconies offer views of nature and the garden, as well as a seating area.

Guests have access to WiFi, air conditioning in every room, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, and a fully equipped kitchen with three burners and a small oven (numbers 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10), a stove with two burners (numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, and 11), a large fridge with a freezer (numbers 4, 5, 6, and 10), a standard fridge with a freezer compartment (numbers 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, and 11), a kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. The bathrooms have shower cabins (numbers 7, 8, 9, and 10) or a shower with tiles and a curtain (numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 11). Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.

Cleaning is done daily, while towel and linen replacement is done every three days. Accommodation is based on bed and breakfast (menu), served in the courtyard of the building.

The complex has a spacious garden where children can play on the playground equipped with a slide, swings, and numerous toys. This area is designed to provide entertainment for children, while adults have the opportunity to prepare barbecues.

Parking is available on site for guests.

All praise for the accommodation and the owner. We stayed in apartment 9, which is very nice, clean, and has a large terrace. It has secure parking and a large area with tables and a barbecue. It also has a washing machine 🙂. A big greeting to the owner, who welcomed us extremely nicely and took the time to give us all the information about the things we were interested in.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
