Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.

Description

To Portego is located in Nea Peramos, close to the sandy beach. It offers apartments surrounded with a spacious green yard. Guests can also book this accommodation with breakfast (BB). Parking is provided.

Villa is 600m away from the center of Nea Peramos, at the very end of the city, in the second row from the sea, 50m from the beach.

This Portego Apartments is a complex built in 2008. It consists of three buildings located in a beautiful courtyard.

There are 12 apartments located on the ground floor or the first floor. In each of the three buildings (A, B, C) there are four apartments.

The apartments located on the ground floor have one double or two single beds in the bedroom and a fold out sofa for two smaller children in the living room.

The apartments on the upper floor also have one double bed in the bedroom and a fold out sofa for two smaller children in the other room.

All of the apartments have an equipped kitchen with hot plate and a small fridge. Frying is not allowed. In the bathroom, there's a shower tub with curtain. A small balcony is accessed from the bedroom, while the big one with a table and chairs is by the entrance door or it's accessible from the living room (apartments on the first floor). Guests can take and iron and hair dryer on the reception. All the apartments have internet, AC and TV. All the apartments are suitable for the families with two smaller children.

Cleaning, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels, is performed every three days.

The yard is very large, full of greenery, trees, olives, shade, flowers and green areas. In its front part, there's a restaurant and a bar with a dining room where the breakfast is served, as well as a beautifully arranged area with sitting furniture in the shade where the breakfast is also served. There's also a shower in the courtyard.

There is a private parking for all of the guests.

Going from the center of Nea Peramos towards the beach Amolofi at the end of the village you will see the villa To Portego from the right side of the main road.

The accommodation is located at the very end of the town, secluded from noise and amenities (shops, playgrounds), while a restaurant is nearby. The beach accessible from here is the cleanest part of the shore compared to the rest that is closer to the city. It has its own parking, which is advantageous as finding a spot during the season is quite challenging. The yard is spacious, but lacks facilities for children to play.

An excellent accommodation located in a tranquil part of the city. Perfect for tourists who wish to avoid the hustle and bustle of the center while remaining close to the urban beach.

Recommendations, especially for families with small children. The place is exceptionally beautiful and urban, and the sea and beaches are magnificent. A lovely complex surrounded by greenery.

The apartments are comfortable and have two terraces, one of which is quite spacious. It is clean and a pleasant complex surrounded by greenery. It is close to the most beautiful beach in the area. The staff is friendly, especially the owner.
Cons
There is a large number of noisy seagulls. Breakfast could be more varied. In the evening, an unpleasant smell emanates from the nearby canal.

The accommodation is located near Amalofi beach, which was very important to us, as we frequently visited it.
Cons
The apartment could be more spacious, and there are quite a few mosquitoes that manage to get in despite the screens being everywhere, and we also received a device that plugs into the socket.

We stayed at To Portego Apartments from July 30 to August 9, 2019. The accommodation was decent. There is private parking next to the bungalows. We were placed in the last bungalow in a row of three on the first floor. The view was non-existent as we looked out onto the yard or fields. The cleanliness of the apartment was not at a commendable level, but after a conversation with the very kind daughter of the landlady, Anatoli, everything was sorted out. She directed us to which markets to visit, where the good restaurants are, and where to find the best gyros. She also informed us about what we should explore in the vicinity. The beach near the accommodation was nothing special. We only visited it for a few days. We explored all parts of the famous Amolofi beach, and the best area for children is also the most unkempt part of the beach, right next to the campsite. However, there are no showers or changing cabins in that area. A large part of the beach is covered with beach bars of various offerings. Additionally, if you extend from Amolofi beach, you can find a few more nice beach bars. The sea is clean, warm, and shallow, the shallowest and warmest part is near the campsite. During our stay, the beach bars were quite crowded. Typically, sun loungers are not charged with the purchase of drinks. Returning to the accommodation, we spent the least amount of time in it, so minor shortcomings such as a lack of utensils and slightly poor communication with the older landlady did not spoil the overall impression. Pros: Proximity to the beautiful Amolofi beach, the best gyros in Greece at Batis Steakhouse, excellent restaurants, pleasant promenade... peace and quiet. Cons: Daily drive to the beach and lack of view.

Nea Peramos is a tranquil destination perfect for a family holiday, with its main advantage being the proximity to the beautiful Amolofi beach. The Portego apartments are located on the outskirts, about 1 km from the center, and offer private parking in the courtyard. The courtyard and the kindness of the hostess, Tote, deserve high praise. It is possible to order breakfast at the accommodation, which we had the opportunity to try and which is also commendable. Bed linens and towels are changed every three days. The accommodation consists of three buildings, each containing four apartments. The apartments feature two terraces, with the eastern terrace being quite spacious and always cool in the afternoon. Our main complaints pertain to the interior's amenities (lack of storage space for clothing, quite sparse and small bathroom).

We stayed at this villa in July 2016, consisting of two adults and two children aged six. We were accommodated in the central building on the first floor, which meant that from each of the two terraces, we had a view of the neighbors. The layout of the buildings is somewhat awkwardly designed, as it does not provide privacy, and there were opportunities for a better arrangement. We would like to particularly emphasize that there are actually two distinct entities: the accommodation units and the restaurant, which was not apparent from the description of the lodging. Therefore, you could not sit in the shade of the garden (which was what attracted us to this accommodation) without having to order something. Additionally, the garden with tables is located away from the lodging, which did not appear that way on the website (at least not to us). It is evident that the owner devotes more attention to the restaurant (which is often empty) and does not offer any special amenities for her guests. To clarify, the apartments are beautiful, of high quality, with one large and one smaller terrace, clean, tidy, and cleaning along with towel and linen changes occurs every three days. The garden and courtyard are lovely, well-maintained, and tidy, and the owner is kind. However, when we separate the accommodation from the restaurant, which has its own shade, grass, and a play area for children, the value of the accommodation diminishes, and in our opinion, it is not worth 70 euros per day. The nearby Amolofi beach deserves all the praise and its reputation, and it is worth every penny we spent there.

Postovanje, zainteresovani smo za smestaj u Nea Peramosu, To Portego Tis Anatolis Apartments. U pitanju su dve porodice, jedna troclana (dvoje odraslih i jedno dete od 6 godina) i jedna cetvoroclana (dvoje odraslih i dvoje dece od 3 i 5 godina). Da li imate slobodnih apartmana u periodu od 8. do 16. jula? Zanima nas i da li dorucak mozemo da uplatimo na licu mesta, a da sada rezervisemo samo smestaj?
