Hotel Description

Diplano Apartment is located on the beach, exiting Nea Peramos towards Amolofi beach. From the balcony the guests can enjoy a beautiful sea view.

The villa is 400-500m away from the city center.

It’s the apartment (35m2) with a separate entrance within a private house. The capacity of the apartment is up to five persons. It’s entered through a veranda that’s overlooking the sea. The first room is a living room with sofa bed for two children and a well-equipped kitchen that has a stove with oven. One extra bed can be added. Bedroom can be entered through the living room, it has a king bed and a small terrace that serves only for laundry drying. The apartment is located on the higher ground floor.

The apartment has air conditioning, a TV, a bathroom, two terraces, wireless internet, mosquito net and baby cot can be obtained by request. Terrace on the front of the house has a great view of the sea and the beach. Replacing of the sheets and towels is done every five days, and the guests are taking care of the hygiene of the apartments themselves (they have all the necessary equipment and resources to do so). If the guest wishes cleaning service, it can be arranged for an extra charge of 7e per hour. Villa also provides laundry service.

In the small courtyard there’s a barbecue and a grill especially for fish.

Villa has no private parking, but there’s a safe place for parking outside the house, next to the road and the beach.

If you want a decent apartment right on the beach, in a building that is not a touristic, Diplano Apartment can be a good choice.

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
