Owner description
Just On The Sea 1 Villa is located outside the town of Palio, in the western part of the city of Kavala, 10m away from the sandy beach.
The ground floor apartment is designed for a maximum of ten people and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with a kitchen and dining area. Two bedrooms have one double bed and one single bed each, the third bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a sofa bed with a pull-out drawer bed.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has an independent cooling unit in the living room and bedrooms, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. The bathrooms have a shower cabin and one of them also includes a sauna.
Guests can spend warm summer days, overlooking the sea, on the veranda equipped with seating furniture.
In the beautifully landscaped and maintained yard, guests can enjoy preparing barbecue with family and friends.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation upon request and for an additional fee.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done halfway through the stay.
Parking is provided for guests within the private parking area.

For reservations for period from 01.05.2024 to 31.03.2025, for stays of 7 nights and more, discount of 5 % of total reservation is allowed.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 5 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
