Just On The Sea 1 Villa is located at the exit of the village of Palio towards Nea Iraklitsa. It features a direct access to the sandy beach, private parking, a spacious veranda with a direct view of the sea, and three separate bedrooms.
The property is located 3km away from the center of the village. Miltos Market is at 1.4km, while Lidl in Nea Iraklitsa is at a distance of 2.9km.
As previously mentioned, the apartment has a direct access to the beach.
The accommodation unit (110m2) is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to ten people.
It consists of a living room with a kitchen and a dining table, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have a double bed, two of which also have a single bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed with a pull-out drawer bed.
The accommodation has four air conditioning units. Guests have access to free WiFi, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four burners, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins, and one of them also has a sauna. The property features a private parking, a fenced yard, and a shared barbecue. Pets are also welcome for an additional fee and by prior arrangement.
Guests enter a clean accommodation, after which they are responsible for its maintenance, while the change of bed linen and towels is done halfway through the stay.

For reservations for period from 01.05.2024 to 31.03.2025, for stays of 7 nights and more, discount of 5 % of total reservation is allowed.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 5 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
