Aelia Home is located in Palio, 100m from the beach. The apartment has two bedrooms, a large balcony and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The nearest beach is about 100m away from the house.

The apartment is air-conditioned and has two bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms there is a double bed, in the second there are bunk beds and in the living room there is a sofa for two people.

A cot is available to guests within the price.

Free WiFi internet, TV, hair dryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four rings, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine are at guests’ disposal. The bathroom has a shower with a glass screen.

Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay, and a clean set of bed linen and towels are available, which they can change independently.

In the nicely decorated balcony, you can enjoy the preparation of the barbecue.

Parking is possible in front of the accommodation yard and there are usually enough spaces.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
