Maria’s City Villa is situated in the very center of the town of Argostoli, the capital of the island of Kefalonia, built in the Venetian style. At a distance of 180m, you can find the port, the central square, promenade, numerous shops, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, as well as a museum, library, theater, and a summer cinema. In the port, one of the main tourist attractions of this place can be found, the Caretta-Caretta turtles that you can observe daily from the shore, and 2.5km away from the town, there is a tourist attraction known as Fanari, or the Lighthouse of St. Theodore, as well as Fanari beach.

This accommodation unit is a two-level maisonette designed to accommodate up to five people. On its first level, located on the second floor, it includes a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the second level, in the attic, there are two bedrooms with double beds and an additional bathroom. The sofa where the fifth person sleeps is located in the hallway on the upper level.

Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby cot and a high chair can be added.

Within this air-conditioned maisonette, with independent air conditioning units in the living room and both bedrooms, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a filter coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle.

Guests have access to two balconies equipped with seating sets and offering views of the town. From the windows facing the opposite side, the sea can be seen.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the unit during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days.

Guests can park in nearby streets or at a public parking lot located about 300m from the accommodation.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
