Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Alselia Villa is located on the island of Lefkada, in the village of Frini, 550 m from Agios Ioannis beach. The complex features a spacious courtyard with two pools, a bar, and a restaurant serving breakfast. It also offers a children's playground, basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts, as well as table tennis. Ideal for guests seeking a peaceful and relaxing holiday surrounded by lush greenery. The studio can accommodate up to two adults and consists of a bathroom and a kitchen with a double bed.
The apartment can accommodate up to two adults and two children. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room includes a bed and a sofa for one person.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and guests have access to WiFi, TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, while the kitchen is equipped with two or four burners and a large oven, a standard or large refrigerator, and a coffee maker.
From the veranda, equipped with a seating set, guests can enjoy a view of the courtyard.
Guests have access to a reception, as well as a bar and a restaurant where breakfast is served at an additional cost.
