Our description
Alselia Villa is located in Lefkas - Frini, 300 meters from the sandy Agios Ioannis Beach. It is located on a large, beautiful plot, full of greenery, trees, fountains and amenities for children and adults. It offers free Wi-Fi and private parking in addition to the pool, children's playground and table tennis.
The nearest bakery and shop are about 600m away.
Villa Alselia is one of three buildings within the complex of the same name. It offers accommodation for up to five people, three of whom are adults, as well as studios for four (three adults, or two adults and two children).
The apartments are 40m2, with one double bed in the bedroom, one single bed and a double sofa in the living room.
The studios are 24m2 in size and have one double bed and one double sofa bed.
All accommodation units have a TV, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, as well as a terrace or patio overlooking the garden.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, while cleaning is daily.
You can reach the object by coming to the village of Frini, turn right at the small church, drive about 100m, where you turn left and after 300m turn right, then into the first street on the left and after 100m on the left you reach the courtyard of the villa.

Alselia is a Lux category wing, which is located at the roots of the hill exactly under the well-known Faneromeni Monastery and at only 100m distance from the swimming pool. The green open site, the waterfall and the small lake, the well and the wooden kiosks provide a revitalizing, intimate and relaxing atmosphere.
Alselia offers studios and one bedroom apartments with spacious verandas and secure, private and roofed parking lots, exclusive for every apartment.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
