Hotel Description

Arenaria Leucadia Rooms is situated in the center of Agios Nikitas, approximately 30m from the city’s beach. It offers double units with a sea or garden view. In addition to the excellent location, guests are provided with wireless internet, a well-kept courtyard, and pets are allowed. All rooms were renovated in 2023.

The property is about 1km away from Milos Beach and about 3km from the fantastic sandy beach of Kathisma. The nearest shop and bakery are located 30m away.

Arenaria Leukadia has five double units. One is on the ground floor without a sea view (20m2), one on the first floor (20m2) - on the right side is a sea view, and three are above the mentioned rooms, they are reached by stairs (third level) and they have a sea view (22m2). One unit has a small kitchen (with a large oven) and it is connected by a door to the next room, so it becomes an apartment (each unit has its own bathroom).

All units are air-conditioned, with a bathroom, TV, small fridge and terrace.

Cleaning, bed linen, and towel change are done every fourth day of stay.

There is no provided parking within the accommodation.

The courtyard is well-kept, offering a magnificent view of the sea.

Generally, it is very difficult to find parking nearby because Arenaria Leucadia is located near the promenade which is closed to motor vehicles during the season.

Arenaria Leucadia is an ideal accommodation for those who wish to be in the center of Agios Nikitas, close to the city beach and promenade, and are willing to accept a slightly higher price for their stay.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
