It offers private parking (which is a real benefit to a villa located in the center of Agios Nikitas), wireless internet, free use of the washing machine and a shared barbecue. It has five four-bed apartments.

The nearest bakery and grocery store are at 40m.

Milos Villa offers five four-bed apartments, with one double and two single beds.

The apartments are air-conditioned, have a TV, fully equipped kitchen with two rings, a fridge with freezer and electric kettle, wireless internet, bathroom with a hairdryer, mosquito nets and a terrace.

Bed linen and towels are changed every fourth day, while cleaning is done twice a week.

Guests can use private parking, shared barbecue and a washing machine (free of charge).

Milos Villa is an ideal accommodation for families and those looking for a quality accommodation in a prime location. It’s one of the few in Agios Nikitas with a private parking, which is next to its location, certainly the highest quality.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
