The apartment we reserved at Milos Villa is comfortable for two, not four people.

The villa is correct, tidy, and clean, with friendly hosts. The only complaint is the small refrigerator for a family of four and the four-bed apartment.

Milos Villa boasts a perfect location, situated close to Agios Nikitas beach as well as restaurants and shops. The path to Milos beach begins right next to the villa's courtyard. The apartments are cleaned daily, and towels are changed every other day. The internet works flawlessly, and there is always hot water available. The hosts are wonderful, especially Eleni, who provided me with significant assistance during a health-related stressful situation.

We returned from Villa Milos two days ago. We have nothing but praise. Our apartment was on the first floor, and we enjoyed a wonderful view of the sea and the surroundings. The hosts were exceptionally kind, and cleanliness was maintained at a high standard, as they cleaned and changed towels and bed linens almost daily. A charming villa for a family of four with children up to 15 years old. The villa is situated on a very inaccessible, extremely steep ascent to the parking area, which is accessed through a pedestrian zone and turns at the restaurant among the tables. The price of 200 euros is higher than the market rate. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. The internet is satisfactory.

We stayed from June 28 to July 11, 2020. Our impressions are overwhelmingly positive, everything is in superlatives. The hosts are kind and meticulous, cleaning the apartment every day, and changing towels and bed linens every other day. The apartment features two terraces, is located in a prime spot, has parking for the car, and provides constant hot water with strong pressure. The kitchen is well-equipped, the wifi is good, and there is a hairdryer, toilet paper, and hand soap provided. Additionally, we enjoyed a beautiful view of the mountains, while those on the upper floor had a view of the sea!

I offer my highest recommendations, with no reservations whatsoever.

The apartment is small, yet it meets all the needs for a summer vacation. With proper organization of space, all the belongings we bring can find their place in the apartment. The apartment was cleaned daily, towels were changed every two days, and bed linens every three. The lower apartments face two sides and do not have a view of the sea. On the terrace from the bedroom, there is a table with four chairs, which enjoys sunlight in the morning. In front of the apartment entrance, there is a small garden with a table and three chairs, making it very pleasant to sit in the morning and enjoy the first cup of coffee. There is shade almost until 4 PM. The only downside might be (though it did not bother us) that the terraces are lined up next to each other and are separated by a small concrete wall and thin reeds, so those seeking a quieter option on the terrace will not find it. The hosts have a house rule posted on the door that they show you and kindly ask you to adhere to, which is fine.

We are completely satisfied with Villa Milos. We literally have no complaints. The owners are accommodating and unobtrusive, the accommodation is decent and cleaned daily, and the location is ideal, close to the sea, with a parking space in the apartment's courtyard.

The accommodation is excellent, providing everything we needed, and if we were to vacation in Lefkada again, I wouldn't change the villa. It has a yard for children's play, parking, shower cabins in the yard, plenty of greenery, and comfortable beds. The apartments are cleaned daily. The only downside is the small bathroom. I would suggest to Nikana to recommend to the villa owners that the doors open outward or be sliding, which would alleviate the inconvenience of the small bathroom. As it is, the doors are difficult to open and close when you are inside. This flaw is somewhat mitigated by the shower cabins in the yard. Overall, we are very satisfied.

The accommodation is decent, furnished with older furniture, yet very clean, situated in a good location, with parking, mosquito nets, close to the city beach and popular beaches in Lefkada. Some apartments have very small bathrooms, with cramped shower spaces. The kitchen area is a drawback: outdated, with very little storage space, a small refrigerator, and old dishes. The separation between the terraces is thin, with sparse reeds, resulting in poor visual and sound insulation. Nevertheless, the apartments are cleaned daily, and there is beautiful, lush greenery outside.

A perfect accommodation concerning location, cleanliness, and parking. The location is excellent for visiting the most beautiful beaches. When we felt too lazy to drive around the island, we swam at the beach right in the town, which is fantastic and just 5 minutes away from the accommodation. The outdoor showers are a great feature, and the washing machine is also useful for families with children. No complaints.
