Our description
Milos villa is located in the center of Agios Nikitas, on the main pedestrian walkway, at 150m from the sea. It offers private parking (which is a real benefit to a villa located in the center of Agios Nikitas), wireless internet, free use of the washing machine and a shared barbecue. It has four-bed apartments and one four-bed room without a kitchen.
The nearest bakery and grocery store are at 40m.
Milos Villa offers five four-bed apartments, with one double and two single beds, and one room without kitchen, with four single beds.
The apartments are air-conditioned, have a TV, fully equipped kitchen with one or two rings, a fridge with freezer and electric kettle, wireless internet, bathroom with a hairdryer, mosquito nets and a terrace.
Replacement of bed linen is done every fourth day, towels of every second day, while cleaning is performed every day.
Guests can use private parking, shared barbecue and a washing machine (free of charge).
After entering Agios Nikitas, turn right at the main intersection and continue for about 300m towards the sea, until you come across the villa on your left-hand side.
Milos Villa is an ideal accommodation for families and those looking for a quality accommodation in a prime location. It's one of the few in Agios Nikitas with a private parking, which is next to its location, certainly the highest quality.

Owners description
Our complex has elevated ground floor and the first floor. There are six fully equipped apartments that can host 2-4 people.
Five apartments are airy and they have independent entrance and private veranda looking to the East, equipped with a table, chairs and umbrella. On the western side of the apartments, there's a yard surrounded by plants.
These five apartments consist of a bedroom with comfortable beds (one double or two single), nightstands, toilet and wardrobe, the second room with a couch that can be turned into two single beds and a fully-equipped kitchen, as well as the bathroom.
On the western side of the first floor, there is an apartment that consists of two adjoining bedrooms with two single beds each, nightstands, toilet and a wardrobe, the bathroom and a balcony with tables and chairs.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
