Althea Luxury Houses is an ideal choice for anyone looking for great lodging as a base to tour the west coast of Lefkada. It offers spacious apartments that can accommodate up to 4 people. In addition to the proximity to the famous Kathisma Beach, the advantage of the accommodation is its private parking and quiet location.

The property is located about 600m from the center and about 900m from the beach in Agios Nikitas. It is about 1.5km from Kathisma Beach. The nearest bakery and grocery store are 600m away.

Althea Luxury Houses have apartments for four people with one separate bedroom. The apartments are approximately 50m2 in size and have two double beds.

All accommodation units in the villa have air conditioning, two TV sets, fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, large fridge with freezer), mosquito nets, two bathrooms with hairdryer and two terraces overlooking the hill (partially visible from the sea from one terrace ). Wireless internet is available throughout the property.

Bed linen, towels and cleaning are changed every third day.

Private parking is available on site.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 45 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
