Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Milia 2 Villa is located in the village of Agios Nikitas, above Milos beach, 750 meters away and 300 meters from the nearest beach. Comfortable and simply furnished accommodation provides a perfect place for relaxation, but also an ideal starting point for exploring the western coast of Lefkada.
There are four accommodation units available. Two studios are located on the ground floor, while the third studio and one apartment are on the first floor.
The studios can accommodate two or three adults. They consist of a bathroom and a kitchenette with a French bed or two single beds.
The apartment can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a kitchenette with two single beds, a bedroom with a French bed, and a bathroom.
The air-conditioned accommodation features a TV, WiFi internet, a kitchenette equipped with a stove with two burners and a standard refrigerator. Guests of the apartment also have a small oven at their disposal.
From the veranda or balcony, equipped with a seating set, there is a view of the surroundings.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation unit during the stay is daily, while the change of bed linen is every five days, and the change of towels is every three days.
There is no private parking, but free parking can easily be found in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
Milia 2 Villa is located 3 km from Kathisma beach, 12 km from the main town of Lefkada, and 33 km from the nearest airport in Preveza.
