Our description
Althea Studios are located about 1.5km from Agios Nikitas and about 1.5km from the fantastic Kathisma Beach. Offers fully equipped, comfortable and very clean double studios. Guest can use private parking and internet.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are 1.5km away in Agios Nikitas.
Villa Althea has ten double studios of about 25m2, with double or twin single beds with the possibility of inserting an extra bed (metal construction with a slightly thinner mattress).
All accommodation units in the villa have air conditioning, television, kitchen (two hotplates, small fridge with chamber, filter and espresso maker, kettle, frappe mixer), bathroom with hairdryer and terrace.
Wireless internet is available in all rooms.
Housekeeping is provided daily, linen and towels are changed every third day.
The villa has a reception desk and one of the owners is always available to guests for any help and information.
There is private parking for all guests.
Villa Althea is ideal for all travelers who want accommodation near Kathisma Beach, close to populated areas. The hygiene and service at the villa are at a very high level, which partly justifies the slightly higher price of the night.

Visit us, relax and enjoy your holiday in a green and peaceful setting, only 13km from the town of Lefkada. The magnificent view over the bay of Agios Nikitas will amaze you while the scents and the liveliness of the village, will make you want to go for a stroll through the cobbled streets. For your first morning bath, only 1,5km far, discover the famous beach Kathisma with emerald waters. We invite you to come and see for yourselves that you stay here will be marked by our hospitality.
Luxurious (A bands) and spacious (25m) Althea rooms are fully furnished and have air conditioning, TV, fridge and hobs for preparing breakfast. Overlooking the Bay of Agios Nikitas, with large outdoor areas and parking spaces for your motorbikes or your car.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 45 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
