Our description
Agnantio studios is located 3km from the fantastic Kathisma beach and 4km from Agios Nikitas. The house is situated on a hill, offering a beautiful sea view and it's surrounded by a large olive grove. All units have sea view. Guest can use private parking.
The capital of the island, Lefkas, is about 16km away.
The nearest bakery and shop are at about 4km.
It has double studios and triple and quadruple apartments. All the units have 40m2.
Double studio has one double bed. Triple apartment has one double bed and in living room there is one single bed or single sofa. Apartments for 4 have one double bed in bedroom and two single beds or double sofa in living room.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, internet*, bathroom, mosquito nets and a large balcony. Studios and apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, while the room has only a small fridge with a freezer.
Replacement of bed linen and towels is done every third day, while cleaning is done daily.
Private parking is available to guests.
Drive uphill on the road from Agios Nikitas and after 3km, on the right-hand side, you will encounter Agnantio Studios.
Agnantio Studios is an ideal choice for families and couples who want a solid accommodation in a quiet environment. The only flaw is a slightly larger distance from the beach, but the position of the villa is really great, it's located on a hill above Nikitas and has a fantastic sea view.
*Since there is no telephone in the area, the speed and the flow of the internet are very limited.

Agnantio Studios are located in one of the most popular summer destinations of Greece, Agios Nikitas, which is on the west side of Lefkada. Here you can combine the tranquillity offered by the sea with the amenities and options provided by a thriving tourist destination.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Predobar je smestaj.Cist i u mirnom delu ostrva.Na tri km od Katizme.Sve preporuke.Najveca i najlepsa terasa koju sam do sada videla u svim apartmanima.

Upravo došla na poso stiže meil od Vas,a normalno mi smo noćas doputovali.Aprtman u kom smo bili je extra.Nikakvih problema nije bilo.Lokacija je izvrsna pogled na more....borovina mirisi ma sve dobro.Uvek smo išli u Nidri a prvi put sad ovako preko Vas u ovako lep smeštaj.Gazdraica je super ,kako smo čuli od drugih imala je nesreću umro joj je muž na žalost. Mi nemamo zamerke na ništa,možđda gazdarica ima neku zamerku na nas .Eto jedino mi je ležaj u kuhinji bio veoma tvrd tako da 3 dana sam se navikavala a posle mi je bilo dobro. Hvala vam na lepom letovanju na Lefkadi.

Ogroman studio sa takođe ogromnom terasom sa pogledom na more i zalazak sunca. Domaćini vrlo ljubazni. Odlična lokacija objekta za obilazak plaži.

Pomalo razocarana apartmanom posle svih pozitivnih komentara koje sam procitala... Gazdaricu nismo videli (opravdano odsutna posto se porodila :) ) Njeni roditelji su odrzavali higijenu koja je bila, recimo, zadovoljavajuca. Nama je curio vodokotlic, konstantno je celo kupatilo bilo mokro i proslo je 5-6 dana dok nam to nisu konacno popravili. Takodje, wi-fi je jako los, mrezu sam mogla da uhvatim samo na terasi ali je signal bio toliko los da nista nisam mogla da radim. TV signal (kome je to vazno) je takodje bio los tako da uvece nije mogao da se pogleda film bez prekidanja na svakih 10 min.
