Description
Agnantio Studios is located three kilometers away from the fantastic Kathisma beach and four kilometers from the village of Agios Nikitas. The house is situated on a hill, offering a magnificent sea view, surrounded by a large olive grove. All accommodation units have a sea view. Guests also have access to private parking.
The island's capital, Lefkas, is approximately 16km away, while the beautiful Kathisma beach is three kilometers away from the property.
The nearest bakery and store are about 4km away.
The property offers double studios and apartments for three and four people. All units are exceptionally spacious (40m2) and located on the ground floor.
The double studios have a double bed. The triple apartments have a double bed in the bedroom, and in the living room, either a single bed or a sofa for one person. In the quadruple apartments, there is a double bed in the bedroom, and in the living room, two single beds or a sofa for two people.
Each unit is equipped with air conditioning, TV, internet, bathroom, mosquito nets, and a large balcony. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen.
Bed linen and towels are changed every third day, while cleaning is done daily.
Guests have access to private parking.
Agnantio Studios is an ideal choice for families and couples looking for decent accommodation in a peaceful environment. The only downside is the slightly greater distance from the beach, but the villa's location is truly excellent - perched on a hill above Nikitas, offering a fantastic sea view.
*Given the lack of fixed telephony in the area, internet speed and bandwidth are very limited.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Agnantio studios se nalazi na najlepšem delu ostrva i lokacijski je najbolje povezan sa plažama. Pogled sa terase je fantastičan, apartman prostran i udoban, higijena je na visokom nivou (svakodnevno čišćenje, menjanje posteljine i peškira na 3 dana). Velike pohvale za vlasnike. Prezadovoljna sam i preporučila bih Agnantio studios svakome ko putuje autom ili planira da ga iznajmi.
