The village is connected with the city with pedestrian and bicycle roads for those who prefer traveling by bicycle or on foot. The apartment is located about 50 meters from the main road.
Esperia apartment consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and can accommodate comfortably up to six people. Each bedroom can accommodate two people and plus two people that can sleep comfortable in the double sofa-bed in lounge. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the small bedroom has a double bed and the sofa - double bed has dimensions of 3,20 meters long and 1,40 meters wide.

Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
Minimum stay is two nights.
Security deposit 100e is held after check-in and returned after check-out for security reasons (damage, improper use etc).

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% of total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid first day upon arrival. If a guest arrives after the arrival date of the reservation or if he leaves before the departure date of the reservation, property owner keeps the right to charge the total price of the reservation. If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, deposit will be refunded, less administrative fee which in most cases is 35€ but could be more (depending on bank). If cancelled later, or in case of no-show, deposit will not be refunded.*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.
