** Esperia Luxury is a modern, luxury apartment located in Apolpena. It is situated at the foot of the hill offering a magnificent view of the island's capital and the olive groves surrounding it. The house is located about 50 meters from the main road.
The apartment can accommodate up to six guests and consists of two bedrooms.
The master bedroom has one large double bed, while the other has a standard double bed.
In the living room there is a set that folds into a bed 3.20m by 1.40m.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large stainless steel fridge, built-in oven, all necessary appliances and all utensils.
The dining area is next to the kitchen and consists of a dining table with six chairs.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
REMARK
Minimum stay is two nights.
Security deposit 100e is held after check-in and returned after check-out for security reasons (damage, improper use etc).

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
