Our description
Agios Minas Apartment is located in Lefkas, close to the center. This is a separate, fully equipped apartment and it's an ideal choice for families of four who want privacy while on vacation. Parking space is provided for the guests of the apartment.
It is about 200m from the supermarket, 500m from the port, and about 1.5km from the beaches.
The apartment is placed on the ground floor.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with a chamber, stove oven and necessary utensils. There is a dining table, and in the continuation is a living room with a large sofa and a TV. There is one double bed in the dining room.
The apartment also has a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with shower.
The apartment also has a large terrace with a seating area and a tumble dryer.
We recommend this apartment to families or a company that loves a newer, tidier apartment near the city center.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smestaj je dobar. Kraj je lep za boravak, miran i prijatan, stan lepo uredjen, terasa prostrana, odlicna za uzivanje u vecernjim satima.

Odličan smeštaj na odličnoj lokaciji. Mirna ulica na svega par minuta od centra. Za svaku preporuku.

Smeštaj je prostran, zaista komforan. Ima dve terase, dve klime, dva tv-a.. Čisto je, uredno i vila ima svoj parking.Mi smo bili smešteni u 1/4 apt i zadovoljni smo. Domaćini su ljubazni i dostoprimljivi. Jedina zamerka je što je vrlo oskudno opremljen posuđem.

Jednom rečju izvanredan smeštaj. Preporučujem svakom. Na manje od minute do glavnog šetališta,pekare i marketa. Sve kao u opisu na sajtu.
